Yes, 100%. All our products are sourced directly from authorized distributors in South Korea. Every album purchase counts toward the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer worldwide shipping to over 50 countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
How do you protect albums during shipping?
We understand the importance of mint condition collectibles. All albums are wrapped in thick layers of bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings and damage.
What is your return policy for lightsticks?
Lightsticks can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and the seal is intact. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on lightsticks that have been opened unless they are defective.
How long does a pre-order take to arrive?
Pre-order items typically ship from our warehouse 3-5 business days after the official release date in Korea. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
